How we work

Our AI video production process

Two things decide whether AI video looks like a film or a demo: how the work is run, and what happens to every frame after it is generated. Both are on this page — the six steps first, then the pass nobody else shows you.

Takes 2 minutes. No call, no sales pitch.

How a film gets made

Working days on average

Fifteen working days is the usual run, brief to delivered master. Bigger ideas take longer, and we tell you which one yours is on day one.

  1. Day 1

    Brief

A form or a call. We come back with the film we think it should be, and the price.

    Step 1 / 6

  2. Days 2–4

    Concept and storyboard

Written down and drawn shot by shot. You sign off on paper, not on a surprise.

    Step 2 / 6

  3. Days 4–6

    Test frames

Two or three key frames in the finished look. Change your mind here and it costs nothing.

    You approve the look

    Step 3 / 6

  4. Days 6–12

    Generation

Every shot built against the approved frames. We generate far more than we keep.

    Step 4 / 6

  5. Days 12–15

    Edit, sound, colour

An editor cuts it, kills the AI tells and tracks your brand in. One grade, sound to picture.

    Step 5 / 6

  6. Day 15

    Yours forever

    Delivery

Masters in every ratio, plus project files and frames. Yours in full, forever.

The part nobody shows you

How we keep the AI invisible.

The reason most AI video looks cheap is that it ships the way it came out. Ours doesn't. Drag the handle to see the difference one pass makes.

The finished frame after colour, clean-up and grain
The same frame straight out of the model: flat, cold and oversharpened
Straight out of the modelAfter our pass
Both frames are our own work, made to show the pass — not a client project.
  1. 01

We start from pictures, not prompts

Before anything is generated we build a reference board: your product from every side, your palette, the exact light. The model gets shown what to make, not told.

  2. 02

The same person in every shot

A character sheet comes first — face, wardrobe, height, the way they stand. Every shot is generated against it, so nobody's jaw changes between cuts.

  3. 03

    A person cuts every frame

Generation gives us material, not a film. An editor picks the takes, fixes hands, paints out the tells, and tracks your logo in so it sits on the surface.

  4. 04

    Colour and sound by people

One grade across the whole film, so the shots belong to each other. Sound designed to picture, not pulled from a library and stretched to fit.
